Mary Rose Martino, a full-charge bookkeeper for eight years, is a member of The American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.  She works as an independent contractor for numerous small businesses, performing various levels of bookkeeping from a minimal reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis to full-charge bookkeeping dealing with accounts receivables, accounts payables and payroll.

Profit and loss reports are generated on an as-needed basis to allow business owners to track how the company is dealing with the current market.  Payroll services include determination of net pay, tracking of all liability accounts and payment of liabilities. Quarterly and annual filings to federal and state governments are also completed as a part of the service. 

Along with handling small businesses, she also has handled the household affairs of senior citizens whose families required an administrator to assure bills are paid and accounts are monitored.

With numerous hours of continuing education in personal and business taxation, she is able to provide business owners with year-end statements that are ready to be used for annual tax filings.
