Maria Hoban is founder, President and Chief Pilot of Catalyst Aviation. She has spent 20 years in the commercial aviation industry. After flying her first solo helicopter flight at 16 and receiving her private pilot certificate at age 17, Maria became an instructor at age 18. One year later, she became Chief Flight Instructor of an international 141 flight-training academy. After Maria owned and operated a flight school in South Jersey for seven years, she served as Chief Pilot for two leading aviation departments in the Philadelphia and New York areas leading up to the formation of Catalyst Aviation.
