Kimberley Kluchnick is a partner at Mattleman, Weinroth & Miller, P.C., principally located in Cherry Hill. Ms. Kluchnick, a graduate of Rutgers University, Camden (B.A. 1996) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1999), oversees Mattleman’s Civil Litigation Department, concentrating her practice in the areas of consumer rights, contracts and estate litigation.

Recently certified as an R 1:40 civil mediator, Ms. Kluchnick is a member of the NSJBA Dispute Resolution Section and the New Jersey Bar Foundation, Law Adventure Committee. Ms. Kluchnick currently serves as prosecutor for the Borough of Haddon Heights and is a member of its school board. Former Assistant Counsel to Governors Christine Todd Whitman and Donald DiFrancesco, Ms. Kluchnick served as Camden County Chair of the Women for Chris Christie and Kim Guadagno campaign for Governor and Lieutenant Governor.

Ms. Kluchnick serves as counsel to South Jersey Women in Business, a 501(c)(3) corporation dedicated to the advancement of women in business throughout the region. She regularly speaks as a panelist for The Ripa Center for Women, a division of the Cooper University Health System, on legal issues concerning women. In 2009, Ms. Kluchnick was named “Top Attorney” in the area of Consumer Law by SJ Magazine and “Awesome Attorney” in the area of General Litigation by South Jersey Magazine.
